Your support for our conferences allows us to:

  • Provide breakfast, lunches, and snacks throughout the conference.
  • Provide access to discounted continuing education credits for participants.
  • Provide a space for students and pre-licensed individuals to network and learn about licensing.
  • Cover administrative and space costs associated with the conference.

With your support for the 2019 CALPCC Conference, we plan to continuing: (a) the expansion of our initiative to stay on the cutting edge of developments in the field of counseling and psychotherapy, (b) providing ongoing educational opportunities for members to learn and grow in the profession, (c) advocacy at the state level, and (d)investment in technology.

$10,000 Presenting Sponsor

As a presenting sponsor for the 2019 Conference, your organization will receive

  • An exhibition table
  • Prime placement with a large logo on rotating screen
  • Large, full page ad in online conference program
  • 2 comped conference registrations for exhibitor table staff
  • 2 additional comped conference registrations for someone on your team
  • Swag bag ad or opportunity to include ad or material in bag
  • Use of language “Conference presented by…”

$1000 Technology Sponsor

As CALPCC expands, so does our need for technology resources. This level would support our expansion of technology related resources for this conference and our ongoing goal of bringing our programming to those unable to be there in person. Supporters at this level receive:

  • Logo placement on rotating screen
  • Exhibition Table
  • Half-page ad and recognition in online conference program
  • 2 comped registrations for conference including breakfast and lunch for participants
  • Swag bag inclusion

$500 Conference Exhibitor

One of our most popular levels of sponsorship, this level allows your organization to be seen by our members throughout the conference with a prime real estate in the main conference room before, during, and after main events. At this level, supporters are able to speak directly to conference attendees about their product, service, or program. Some exhibitors at this level use this opportunity to meet with students, associate level pre-licensees, and fully licensed clinicians for job opportunities, training placements, etc. Supporters at this level receive:

  • Logo placement on rotating screen
  • Quarter page ad and recognition in online conference program
  • 2 comped registrations for table staff (not included $25 fee pp that covers breakfast, lunch, and snacks for staff)
  • Swag bag inclusion

$300 Food and Breakout Session Supporter

One our most important levels is that of the food and breakout session supporters. This level of sponsorship ensures that attendees remain hydrated and full of tasty snacks throughout the conference. At this level, supporters will receive:

  • Logo placement on rotating screen and logo placement on food and beverage stations
  • Logo placement and recognition in online conference program
  • Swag bag inclusion

$250 Friends of CALPCC Supporter

Perhaps your organization does not need to advertise its service, but would like to support the general mission of CALPCC. As a friend of CALPCC, you would be supporting ongoing advocacy at the state level to ensure that LPCCs have a voice, are treated fairly in upcoming legislation, and further advancing the cause of mental health awareness in the state of California.

Supporters at this level will receive:

  • Listing of organization name in conference program and rotating screen
  • Swag bag inclusion
  • Subscription to receive CALPCC Member communications
