Come network with other professionals and enjoy a presentation on "Be Forever Stress Free with EFT" by Thomas Ventimiglia, MA.  Used by cutting edge therapists all over the world, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a blend of using cognitive behavioral psychology and tapping on acupressure points to release many physical pains, emotional trauma, PTSD, fatigue, low self-worth, and negative emotions to restore energetic flow in the body.  Participants will be able to perform EFT on themselves in the workshop and get relief on an issue they want to address as well as learn how to perform it on their clients.  Those who attend will also receive free advice at the workshop and over the telephone anytime after the workshop. To find out more about Tom and EFT, go to Tom’s website www.tappingintowellness.com.

Tom Ventimiglia, Professor of Counseling, with two master’s degrees in counseling and higher education, is EFT Certified.  He has given EFT training to other counseling professionals, presented workshops at community colleges and universities, and has counseled thousands with EFT.  Tom co-hosted the first educational television show on EFT called “Tapping Into Wellness:  Energy Medicine for the 21st Century.” He has also won many first place awards and the prestigious “Telly Award” in educational television.  Tom has worked successfully on the Vets coming home from Iraq and Afghanistan as well as women who have been raped.  They come to Tom after years of not being helped by traditional therapy.

Let's also continue to discuss hot topics and how we can continue to move the profession forward.  Be apart of a supportive community.  Appetizers will be provided.  Looking forward to seeing you there!
