Beyond Measure: Size Inclusive Therapy and Nutrition Services

Beyond Measure is a team of therapists and dietitians based in Redwood City. They support individuals and families with a range of challenges impacting mental health.  Beyond Measure’s providers all utilize evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible to tailor treatment plans, and to keep therapy and nutrition counseling person-centered. They work with patients in person at their Redwood City office, and virtually throughout the state of California. Our therapists specialize in anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma treatment, behavioral challenges, and eating disorders. Our dietitians specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, picky eating, family feeding dynamics, sports nutrition, gut health, prenatal nutrition, Intuitive Eating, and eating challenges related to neurodivergence, depression, or anxiety. They provide individual therapy and nutrition counseling, and also provide educational presentations and workshops within communities, workplaces, and schools, and work with other professionals in mental health looking to grow their skills.
